• “Services” shall include, but not be limited to, toxicological assessments, preventive and curative guidance, clinical interpretation, lifestyle and dietary counseling, educational and informational content, reports, digital tools, wellness programs, and consultations conducted through online, offline, telephonic, or electronic modes.
• “Platform” shall mean nirvisham.com, together with all associated websites, mobile applications, software systems, databases, digital tools, and technological infrastructure owned, operated, or controlled by the Company.
